...

I was woken up at 5:30 this morning by some girl screaming "help me, stop it, help me" in the room next to mine in the other apartment. There was a good 3 minutes of screaming and the sound of someone getting hit. And some guy yelling and screaming at the girl. I called the security people and they never responded. (I'm gonna have a little talk with the office people tomorrow and chew them out) But anyway, I woke Amanda up and we decided to go see the neighbors catty-cornered from us since they were still up. I went over there and told them what was going on, and Katie said that that has been going on for about a year now. She went in and talked to them, she said the girl was laying in her bed all messed up, and there was nothing that we could do.

Something WILL be done about this. I'm not about to live next to that. I haven't been able to sleep because I keep remembering waking up to those screams of some chick getting beat up. I just don't see how any guy could beat a girl, or any girl stay with a guy that beats them. That's just dumb.

This is me...

Not at work, having a migrane for almost 24 hours, sick, throwing up, just feeling CRAPPY.

It all started last night about this time, I began feeling "dis-orientated" like I would reach out for something and not be able to grab it because it was like a foot further away. I was talking to my mom on the phone for about 40 minutes and by the end of the conversation I couldn't even talk right. I would have to think a few seconds to even say the word "television." I went to bed right after that and woke up an hour later with a massive migrane. In about another hour I was up again throwing up. I've been asleep for most of the last 24 hours besides when I got up to make some soup and take a shower. I had to call into work tonight. I feel really bad about that. There is no way that I could have been able to function at work tonight. My head still feels like it is about to explode. Arg. Great weekend.

Classes and such...

Last week was pretty cool. With classes and all. I have an extremely good feeling about this semester. Probably because I'm really interested in all of the classes I am taking, and I finally have a decent Calc 2 teacher. The only problem with my calc teacher is that our grade is pretty much based off of our test grades, which could screw me in the end with the way I take tests. Hopefully I'll do better on tests this semester.

The word is going around that they might have a meteorology 2 class this summer. I FREAKIN HOPE THEY DO. Because then, I might be able to graduate in 2007 instead of 2008. Heck yeah man.

Work has been good. It looks like I'm going to be workin about 25.5 hours a week on top of 14 hours of classes. Fun stuff.

I still haven't decided what the heck I'm going to do about living/apartment in May. Who knows, I might just stay here in this apartment, I've realized that it is freakin CHEAP to live in University Commons, ok well in a 4 bedroom apartment.

OK well my 8:30 am class will be here soon so it's time to sleep.

Good Day...

I had a fairly good day today.

Work went really well. The people I worked with tonight were awesome. As of right now, I am glad I went back to Mazzio's.

My computer was working kinda funky the last few days. My virus protection caught a trojan, and now my computer is working great. Fun stuff.

I'm ready for school to start and to be busy. I like staying busy. Everytime I sit down for a minute I feel like I have something I'm forgetting to do. For some weird reason I like that feeling.

I haven't posted in a while.

My boss managed to put me on the schedule for 16 hours last week. Pretty cool. I have 23.5 hours for the next week. School starts Tuesday. I applied for another job at school today.

Really, I'm just freaking out about my living situation starting in May. It costs so friggin much to get a one bedroom apartment. Anything between 350 and 599 a month, plus about 135 in bills. There is this really nice place I would like to live for 479 a month, It's just crazy that I have to pay that much for an apartment, when I know that our house payment is a bit above that. The whole thing has been bringing me down the last few days. It's been pretty much 4-5 weeks since I've felt crappy. Probably why I haven't been posting much on my blog. That's a good thing though.

I've already had homework for one of my classes. My online one. Psychology. Some retarded orientation thing, it was easy though.

Anyway, my I like my job a lot, and it seems that I am doing a good job. Someone gave my boss a dollar tip to give to me one day last week, and she said to tell me I did a very good job. I am awesome! The one chick that I had somewhat of a run in with last month is quitting. I get along real well with the rest of the girls I work with. It really makes me miss my old Mazzio's.

Holy crap.

Someone just threw a TELEVISION from at least the second floor apartment, possibly the third floor. Apparently they were ticked off at the OU game since we got ran over.

I drove in the rain all day. It's nice to be back.

Serious boring-ness.

Ugh. I wish I had my tires on my car so I could LEAVE. They'll probably be here tomorrow, but I'm pretty much stuck here until Wednesday night because of the crappy winter storm that is about to dump a crap load of rain, that will freeze, across the Missouri/Kansas area.

Just a few days ago I had the windows open in the house and it was about 70 degrees outside. Now it is like 30 and freezing rain. Oh well, the same deal is happening in Oklahoma, so I'm really not missing out on much, no matter where I'm stuck the next few days.

I love the 90's

VH1 is finally doing a thing on the 90's and it is scaring me because I remember EVERYTHING. There was a thing about Alanis Morrisette on the show, hahaha in 1996, she was my favorite singer. ahhhhh. creepy. Now they are doing a thing on Joan Osbourne and her nose ring in her "One of Us" video. ahhhhhhhhhh.

***ok update***
1997....
hanson --- yep, and I'm not afraid.
gigapet/Tamagotchi pets --- I had like 4 of them
Austin powers --- didn't really get/like the movie then but it is one of my favorites now.
TY beanie babies --- holy crap, I think I have like 150 of those things STILL, and they are all in my room.
the spice girls --- again I'm not afraid.
chumbawamba --- I remember our student director in band at the time could play tubthumbping on the trumpet
Ace of Base - YESSS one of my first bands that I liked and not half way regret.
Aqua --- yep.
Heaven's Gate --- ??? never heard of it, but I'm lookin it up, something about people killing themselves before the Hale-Bopp comet passed, because there was a spaceship behind the comet. I remember going out to the river bottoms with my parents and looking at Hale-Bopp in the telescope.
South Park --- HATED it then, LOVE it now.

***1999**** <--- for some reason they skipped 98..
The Blair Witch project --- eek. dumb. it was cheaper to buy than rent, that is why I own it.
LFO --- "Summer Girls" hahahhahaha, that is Leslie's song. Good story behind that one.
Y2K --- computers didn't work, did they?
Fight Club --- didn't see it until last year, but it was pretty cool
Taco Bell dog --- HAHAHAHA i have one. Grandma gave it to me.

I am such a child of the 90's hehehe. It doesn't feel like 1999 was 6 years ago.
