Time for a much needed update...
This month has been insanely busy. Between school, TBS, and friends I have kept my every waking moment full of activities.
Last weekend I went to Lubbock, Texas for TBS/KKPsi Southwest District Convention. I had a lot of fun and got to hang out with some people I don't normally get to hang out with. We had a speaker that spoke on the topic of women in studies that are mostly comprised of men (she was speaking about the music profession, but it still applied to me with meteorology). I didn't agree with her on most of her speech, but that's another story. However, there was a point that she made that made me realize that I never thanked the person/people that helped me learn how to play my clarinet, and through a chain of events, helped me be where I am today. That is something that I plan on doing when I go home sometime this summer.
Monday, one of the top three greatest moments of my life happened. I saw two tornadoes at once. One of them was anti-cyclonic, which was freaking awesome. I can't explain in words what it was like, it was just that cool.
Now we are down to the last week of classes for the semester. I'm very excited about this. I need to get away from classes for a while. I'm enrolled in 2 math classes this summer, but I don't know if I'm actually going to take them yet. I figure I still have a month to make up my mind on that one.
So here's to the last week of classes in my junior year of college!

Some kind of a break.
So much for going to my classes. I think last week I only went to 5/15 classes.
I'm so sick of classes right now it's not even funny. I finally get a little break this weekend. My only homework is a take home linear algebra exam. :)
Mom came down here last weekend, which was kinda cool. We got to go storm chasing out in western OK. We actually made it all the way to Texas, but we weren't there for long. Saw a good storm and wall cloud for a while, then it all just went to crap.
Anyway, I thought I should update somewhat. I've been really busy with school stuff lately. I'm ready for it to be over. :|
