NEW SAVAGE GARDEN CD!!!!

Truly Madly Completely comes out on the 24th. I remember reading about this a few months ago, and set it in the back of my mind. Now I can't believe it comes out in less than 2 weeks! I can't believe Savage Garden/Darren Hayes has been around for almost 9 years. I was watching this digital press pack movie on the DH fanclub site and I realized that SG actually had a lot of hits, I wish they were still together. Also something that I find really sad is.. Darren and Daniel were talking about getting back together and doing a new song or two for the new cd, how awesome would that have been? :(

Darren is currently working on his 3rd cd, if it is better than The Tension and the Spark, I'm going to probably just melt down because Tension is one of my favorites.

Also, tonight I found a bunch of Darren B-sides and remixes that I haven't heard. So I am a very happy person!

Oklahoma/Fires

Ok so I came back to Oklahoma yesterday. I went over to check the mail today and there was this big burnt spot on the ground in the center of our apartment complex. If my apartment burns down because of some jackass flicking a cigarette off of their backporch I'm gonna kill people. Thank freaking goodness someone stomped it out before it got to the building, because that is where it was heading. ugh.

Anyway, probably not helping the situation I decided to grill out today. LOL I didn't realize that there was a burn ban for the entire state until about an hour ago. That probably wasn't the smartest thing to do, but oh well, nothing except a few yummy burgers and a steak happened from the bbq.

But OH YEAH I'm enjoying the upper 70's weather we got goin' on right now. I can't wait till spring now. I've already caught the fever. Now I wish it would storm.

Really, I'm going to be messed up when it gets cold again. I had my thunderstorm last week and now temperatures in the 70's. AHHHHHHHHHHHH.

THUNDERSTORM!!!!

It's gonna be a great year! I'm sitting here minding my own business watching Family Guy, and the next thing I hear is thunder. I thought no way man, then I remember thinking earlier that it felt like stormy weather. And of course, there was a thunderstorm rolling this way from the south. I went and drove around in it for about 30 minutes. I happened upon about some 1/4 inch hail, which was really exciting. Then I rembered that I only had about 5 hours of sleep last night and not much for the week before that, so I came back home to listen to the storm, and now I think I'm gonna let it put me to sleep.
