I'm still alive.
So, I just finished my first lab report for measurements. I spend a total of 6, maybe 7 hours on it. I think maybe I'm the only one I know that actually enjoyed doing that assignment. I mean yeah it sucked sitting at my computer for 5 hours straight tonight to finish it up at the last minute, but thats how I work best.
Earlier today, I had my first thermo exam. Still not sure how to feel about that. I guess I'll know when grades are posted. Most everyone was freaking out, saying it was the hardest exam of their life and stuff. I'm thinking I'm going to save saying that until next Monday for our dynamics exam. Happy Birthday to me. Yeah, this year I a atmospheric dynamics exam for my birthday. How lucky am I?
Anyway, I finally convinced myself to buy a huge widescreen flat panel monitor. I've been thinking about it for a while, and I figured if I was going to be sitting in front of the computer all night, I should give myself an incentive. Plus working on that small screen from my tablet PC was getting old. Oh I guess I should say my old Dell bit the dust. I miss that thing, even if all I did with it was write papers, it had a nice big monitor.
I guess in other news, since I don't seem to talk to anyone anymore... it's Fall, that means I'm incredibly busy, I'm not ingoring you on purpose, I promise. First off, I'm taking what everyone says is the hardest semster of meteorology classes. I'm in marching band again this semester. Also, I'm trying to be active in 4 social/charitable groups this semester. So, all of this on top of trying to hang out with friends, leaves me little me time. I'll catch up with most of you in the Spring.
So for all of you that I haven't talked to in forever. Here is your update to whats going on in my life. Enjoy.
